Your leadership style impacts climate.  According to Daniel Goleman there are 6 leadership styles.  As you look at the table below, you can see the styles listed and the positive or negative impact on climate.   Coercive and Pacesetting styles are more demanding and yet may have a negative impact on climate.  The Authoritative style is about inclusion, empathy and relationship and creates a positive impact on climate.
