BUILDING SELF-AWARENESS MEANS THAT YOU RETAIN FAITH THAT YOU WILL PREVAIL IN THE END, REGARDLESS OF THE DIFFICULTIES.  AT THE SAME TIME, YOU MUST ALSO CONFRONT THE BRUTAL FACTS REGARDING YOUR CURRENT REALITY.

Use this set of questions to reflect on your leadership as you near the end of 2019.

  1. More and more often I notice that I am “going through the motions” at work, manufacturing emotion and that I am aware of my indifference.
